Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and driven team player who’s ready to take the next step in their career. If you’ve spent the last 1–2 years helping projects run smoothly—whether in content, product, or operations—this is your chance to level up.

You’ll be the operational backbone of our content function, managing timelines, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and helping us scale smartly. We’re moving fast, building big, and need someone who thrives in organized chaos.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage the full content pipeline: Track tasks, align timelines, and ensure smooth handoffs from concept to delivery.

  • Coordinate across multiple teams: Act as the bridge between product, content, design, and leadership—keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.

  • Manage tools and workflows: Use Notion, Trello, Airtable (or whatever works best) to streamline internal operations and scale content production.

  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency: Use ChatGPT, Claude, and others to refine workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate quality output.

  • Optimize how we work: Identify bottlenecks, improve documentation, and build scalable systems for collaboration.

Required Technical Skills


  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, content workflows, or product-facing roles

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable owning timelines, managing stakeholders, and following through

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems quickly

  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Bonus Points (aka cool but not required)


  • Experience using project or content management tools (Notion, Airtable, Trello, Monday.com)

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve internal processes, automate tasks, or accelerate workflows

  • Previous work with content, product, or creative teams

  • You’ve built a system, doc, or dashboard that made a team run smoother
