Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead the R&D in Cywareness. Working with Python, React, multiple DBs and hosted on the AWS cloud. This role requires both strong leadership and hands-on development skills. You will manage distributed teams based in Israel and abroad, drive technical excellence, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
[Key Responsibilities]
- Lead and mentor full-stack developers.
- Take hands-on ownership of complex technical challenges and software architecture.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
- Oversee both AWS cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact features.
- Foster a high-performance engineering culture, emphasizing quality, speed, and collaboration.
- Manage code reviews, technical roadmaps, and sprint planning in an Agile/Scrum environment.
The Essentials

- Proven experience as a Team Leader in a tech company, preferably in a startup.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI) and React.
