Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our CRO office. This role will support all sales motions across the group by coordinating between regions, headquarters, and cross-functional teams. You’ll be hands-on in consolidating data, preparing reports, enabling GTM execution, and ensuring alignment between the field and global strategy.
This is an operational role with a strong focus on execution, process management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Field–HQ Coordination

  • Act as the operational bridge between regional GMs/Business Operations and the CRO.

  • Consolidate regional activities, reports, forecasts, and challenges.

  • Ensure field execution is aligned with global GTM strategy.


HQ Stakeholder Alignment

  • Support alignment between Sales and HQ functions including Marketing, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and HR.

  • Ensure HQ initiatives (programs, budgets, policies) are translated into actionable steps for the field.


Partner & Technology Integration

  • Coordinate with the group’s technology companies to align solutions with sales motions.

  • Support the rollout and adoption of new tools and platforms within sales operations.


GTM Enablement & Insights

  • Prepare sales briefs, executive summaries, and meeting materials.

  • Provide accurate reporting, dashboards, and escalation summaries.

  • Track and follow up on key action items with stakeholders


Central Sales Operations & Planning

  • Assist in quarterly and annual sales planning.

  • Monitor global revenue performance, pipeline health, and OKRs.

  • Maintain regular operational cadence including forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership syncs.

Required Technical Skills


  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.

  • Strong skills in data consolidation, reporting, and process management.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) and sales performance tools.

  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
