Bob Flores

Bob is a member of the CyberproAI Advisory Board and a recognized expert in cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and enterprise technology. He retired as the CTO of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where he oversaw the Agency’s enterprise technology vision, cybersecurity posture, and long-range innovation strategy. During his more than 30-year career at the CIA, he held senior leadership roles across intelligence, operations, and support directorates. Today, Bob is the Founder and CTO of Applicology Inc., providing strategic advisory on cyber risk, digital transformation, and cloud migration. He also serves on multiple advisory boards and co-chairs the Cloud Security Alliance’s Software Defined Perimeter Working Group. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in statistics from Virginia Tech.
