IT & Security Manager
We are seeking a hands-on IT & Security Manager to own all IT operations and strengthen our cybersecurity posture. This role manages infrastructure, supports our global team, and drives security initiatives to keep us resilient.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure: servers, workstations, communication systems, and networks.
- Build and oversee the information security program: define policies, enforce best practices, and ensure continuous monitoring.
- Manage users, permissions, and configurations across Windows, Mac, and Cloud (Azure/365) platforms.
- Provide real-time technical support (Helpdesk) and keep the team running smoothly.
- Plan and deliver IT and cybersecurity projects, including advanced security solutions.
- Perform system hardening, risk management, patching, and software updates.
- Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and external IT/cybersecurity partners.
- Continuously improve IT processes and strengthen cybersecurity across the organization.
Required Technical Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure management.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in information security (Firewalls, Antivirus, system hardening).
- Strong skills in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure/365) and MacOS.
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, communication equipment).
- Advantage: Cloud management (Azure) and advanced security tools.
- Independent, responsible, and service-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
