Lead Instructor
The Technical Trainer is expected to operate as a role model for professional instructional conduct within the Cyber Academy. This is a full relocation role to one of our academies.
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in training instructors, mentoring trainers, or delivering Train-the-Trainer programmes.
- Strong understanding of:
- Adult learning principles
- Instructional design fundamentals
- Classroom and cohort management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and methodically.
Desirable
- Proven experience delivering technical training in IT and/or Cyber Security.
- Hands-on technical background in one or more IT / Cyber domains.
- Formal training or instructional credentials (e.g. instructional design, learning & development, teaching certifications).
- Experience delivering training aligned to recognized frameworks or certifications.
- Experience developing training curricula, assessments, and instructor competency frameworks.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in training or education environments.
- Experience training early-career professionals or transitioning students into instructional roles.
