Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to support the day-to-day operations of one of our Cyber Academies. This role is critical to ensuring that training programs run smoothly, facilities are fully operational, and instructors and students have everything they need to succeed.

The Logistics Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and Academy Manager, serving as the operational backbone of the academy—managing logistics, vendors, facilities, schedules, and on-site support.

What You'll Do

[Key Responsibilities]


  • Oversee daily logistical operations of the academy to ensure smooth and uninterrupted training delivery.

  • Manage classroom readiness, equipment setup, learning environments, and training materials.

  • Coordinate schedules, room allocations, and operational support for courses, workshops, and special events.

  • Ensure all academy resources are available, functional, and aligned with training plans.

  • Manage relationships with local vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security, IT support, etc.).

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general facility needs.

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of operational supplies and equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and facility standards.

  • Provide hands-on logistical support to instructors before, during, and after training sessions.

  • Act as the on-site point of contact for instructors and students for operational and logistical matters.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for instructors and visiting staff.\

  • Assist with travel, accommodation, and relocation logistics when required.

  • Work in close alignment with the Operations Manager and Academy Manager on planning and execution.

  • Track operational issues and proactively identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and logistics reports.

  • Support budget tracking related to logistics and operational expenses.

  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, facilities management, or academy/training center operations.

  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
