Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver two training programs: Networking Fundamentals and Microsoft Administration. The trainer will teach core IT infrastructure concepts, including IP networking, OSI model, Active Directory, domain services, and basic Azure administration. The ideal candidate has strong practical experience and excels at simplifying technical content for beginners and intermediate learners preparing for IT or cybersecurity pathways.
What You'll Do

- Deliver Networking Basics and Microsoft Administration courses.
- Teach foundational theory with hands-on labs, simulations, and case studies.
- Develop labs on IP addressing, subnets, AD administration, group policy, and cloud integration.
- Guide learners through practical tasks such as user creation, domain setup, and network troubleshooting.
- Evaluate student progress, provide mentorship, and adapt materials for multiple learning levels.
The Essentials

- 2+ years of training experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or support.
Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of Windows Server & Networking essentials.
Networking Fundamentals
- OSI & TCP/IP models

- Routing and switching
- DHCP, DNS fundamentals
- Network troubleshooting
Microsoft Administration
- Windows Server & Active Directory basics
