We are seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and scale one of our international Cybersecurity Training Centers. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of operational oversight in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Job Description
Key component will be ensuring seamless delivery of our cybersecurity programs (from operational level not pedagogic):
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in operations management, general management, or a similar leadership role.
- Operational Background: Experience leading operational environments (e.g., education, services, Civil engineering projects, facilities, or multi-team operations); prior exposure to professional training or technical environments is an advantage but not required.
- Professional Fluency: Professional-level English is essential.
- Mobility: Valid foreign passport and readiness for international relocation.
- Ownership: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to make decisions under pressure, solve problems, and build effective teams and processes with minimal supervision.
