The Product Manager will own product features end-to-end—from discovery and design through development and delivery. You’ll collaborate with engineering, content, design, and operations to build user-centric solutions that scale globally. • Translate company vision into clear product goals, roadmaps, and feature specs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market validation.

• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the backlog using data, impact, and cross-team alignment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
• Conduct QA and validate features before release.
• Work with designers to build intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Align with content and curriculum teams on educational product needs.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to support product launches.
• Train customer-facing teams on new functionality.
• Define and track KPIs to measure feature success.

• Own continuous improvement cycles and version releases.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, EdTech, Cyber, or AI-related products.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

• Strong understanding of product discovery, UX fundamentals, and agile development.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user-focused requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and metrics.
