Job Description

A growing global Defense and Cyber company is seeking a Project & Proposal Manager in the Defense & Intelligence domains. Our solutions, products, and services are mostly focused on the B2G markets, in various verticals. Our offices are in Zurich, Spain, Israel, Singapore, and the US.

What You'll Do

[Key Responsibilities]


  • Lead small teams of presale and prepare price proposals and marketing materials.

  • Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet those needs.

  • Manage Defense & Intelligence projects during the entire lifespan of the projects, from design to execution and support.

  • Respond to RFP requests either in tender formats or as customer requests.

  • Liaise with the technical teams, marcom, finance, legal teams, and other departments as appropriate.

  • Manage all aspects of the Defense and Intelligence project from design to execution.

  • Constantly research new products and solutions to be utilized as part of the company solutions.

  • Keep abreast constantly of trends and changes in the business world.

  • Fluent English is a must.

  • Experience in Defense or Intelligence domains.

  • Experience in international tendering/proposal processes.

  • Experience in project management.

  • Experience leading small teams and matrix management.

  • Project Management skills for formulating ideas and concepts into project execution.

  • Written and verbal communication skills—needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.

  • IT skills, including the use of Word, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in marketing and technical writing in related domains.

  • Experience working with governmental/commercial markets.
