We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization in Israel and drive B2B growth across the professional training market. This senior leadership role requires a strong track record in hi-tech, education, and professional training sales, with a deep understanding of the Israeli market. The VP Sales will be responsible for building strategic client relationships, scaling revenue, and driving partnerships with enterprises, government bodies, and education providers.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for Israel, aligning with CyberProAI’s global growth vision.

  • Identify, engage, and close opportunities with enterprises, government agencies, academic institutions, and training partners.

  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Israeli hi-tech and education ecosystem to expand CyberProAI’s footprint.

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Develop strategic alliances with technology companies, training providers, and government initiatives to enhance market presence.

  • Work closely with customer success and delivery teams to ensure long-term satisfaction and account growth.

  • Own sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to executive leadership.

The Essentials

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

  • Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong network and understanding of the Israeli B2B market.
