Senior Red Team Instructor
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Red Team Instructor to lead advanced offensive cybersecurity training programs. In this role, you’ll guide students through real-life attack simulations, mentor junior instructors, and develop curriculum that mirrors today’s most critical threat landscapes. This is a relocation-based role and an exciting opportunity to make a global impact in the cyber training world.
What You'll Do
[Key Responsibilities]
- Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in Red Teaming, Offensive Security, and Adversary Emulation.
- Design and update advanced training modules, exercises, and labs based on real-world APT tactics and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Simulate cyberattacks and mentor students on techniques such as social engineering, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and exploitation.
- Provide mentorship to junior instructors and assist in developing their technical and teaching capabilities.
- Work closely with the curriculum team to maintain and innovate training content.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback in a professional and supportive manner.
- Collaborate with academy leadership to ensure academic excellence and student satisfaction.
The Essentials
[Mandatory Requirements & Credentials]
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Red Team, Penetration Testing, or Adversary Emulation roles.
- Proven teaching, mentoring, or leadership experience in cybersecurity training or military/defense education programs.
- Deep understanding of offensive security tools and frameworks (Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Empire, BloodHound, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of attack methodologies, including OSINT, phishing campaigns, post-exploitation, and exfiltration tactics.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, Purple Team collaboration, and threat intelligence integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to relocate internationally and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, CRTO, or similar – strongly preferred.
