We are establishing a new, high-impact Web Intelligence capability in a complex and fast-moving environment. This role is designed for a hands-on subject matter expert and leader who thrives on challenge, ownership, and real-world impact. The successful candidate will shape the team, workflows, and standards while delivering intelligence that directly informs senior decision-making.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing WebInt / OSINT team
• Design and operate end-to-end intelligence workflows: collection, processing, fusion, analysis, and dissemination
• Balance automation with targeted manual investigations to ensure depth and accuracy
• Apply strong analytic tradecraft including hypothesis testing, source evaluation, bias mitigation, and confidence scoring
• Deliver clear, concise intelligence briefings to senior and operational stakeholders

• 6–10+ years of experience in Web Intelligence, OSINT, digital investigations, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in intelligence, security, or investigative environments
• Proven experience building and scaling collection and fusion pipelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief technical and non-technical audiences
• Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English (native Spanish speakers also considered)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Intelligence Studies, International Relations, or equivalent experience
• Experience in regulated or sensitive environments such as security, defense, finance, law enforcement, or counter-fraud
