UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong product thinking to work on a Web and Mobile platform, alongside designing interactive content, gamified experiences, and AI-driven user journeys. This is not a classic “visual-only” design role. It combines end-to-end UX/UI, platform-level thinking, and hands-on design of complex, engaging user experiences for a live, evolving product.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
UX & Product Thinking
- End-to-end UX design for Web and Mobile platforms
- User flows, user journeys, and information architecture
- Designing for complex systems with multiple states, permissions, and edge cases
- Translating business, technical, and learning requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong focus on usability, scalability, engagement, and retention
UI & Visual Design
- UI design for Web & Mobile (responsive and mobile-first)
- Designing advanced interactive components, including:
Quizzes and assessments
Simulations
Learning modules and interactive content
Game-like and decision-based experiences
- Working with states, empty states, animations, and micro-interactions
- Building and maintaining a scalable Design System
AI & Innovation
- Using AI tools as part of the design workflow (ideation, UX writing, flow exploration, variations)
- Designing user experiences that incorporate AI-driven capabilities within the product
- Continuously exploring new tools and improving design processes
The Essentials
[Mandatory Requirements & Credentials]
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products
- Proven experience designing Web and Mobile platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and complex UX flows
- High proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout)
- Experience working with design systems
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and Developers
- Good English communication skills
