Effective and experienced manager with over 17 years of experience in managerial positions of international companies, out of which the last ten years in education technology companies as V.P. Education and International Education Consultant.

In the above roles Alyona has worked with governments, policymakers, UNESCO, NGOs and educators in many countries across the globe providing consultancy, guidance and support on educational technology integration in early childhood, primary and inclusive education. She has spoken at numerous education conferences, including UNESCO, delivered training to educators and education leaders and developed training programs to improve the capacity of teachers.

Alyona is also a psychologist practicing in schema therapy and CBT methods (CBT 4-year program student) and a member of International Society of Schema Therapy specialising in personality disorders and trauma treatment.
