Julia is a results-driven Finance, Strategy, and M&A executive with circa 20 years of international experience across multiple sectors, including aerospace, telecommunications, technology, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. Her career has spanned a range of roles, from CFO to management consulting and M&A advisory, allowing her to bring a unique, cross-functional perspective to value creation and strategic growth.

Julia has a proven track record of leading high-impact projects, including scaling organizations, executing buy-and-build M&A strategies, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and guiding companies through IPOs, buyouts, and change management. Before joining the group, Julia supported her previous company's rapid growth by co-piloting multiple funding rounds, building out finance and IT teams, and establishing robust financial planning and processes.

Previously, as Group M&A and Finance Projects Director at Eden Springs, Julia played a pivotal role in executing M&A transactions and leading finance transformation projects, including SOX compliance and financial reporting systems. Her strategic insights were crucial in driving long-term development and ensuring organizational resilience.

Currently serving as the group's Finance Officer, Julia leads the company's finance function and is the CEO's strategic partner in maximizing value creation.
