Overview
CyberproAI, the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center (AKM), the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), and the Nakhchivan Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (MDDT) jointly delivered a two-day executive cybersecurity awareness and decision-making program for senior leaders of state institutions in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Held at the Agbulag Recreation Center on 14–15 April 2026, the event received broad coverage through official, media, video, and social channels. The program framed cybersecurity as both a technical discipline and a management responsibility, emphasizing that senior leaders play a direct role in institutional cyber resilience. Sessions combined executive briefings, technology exhibitions, expert presentations, and practical workshops covering digitalization, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. Core content addressed public-sector cyber risks, executive-targeted attacks — including phishing, social engineering, and OSINT exposure — as well as browser artifacts and digital footprints. A central component of the training was scenario-based tabletop work in which participants applied cyber incident response, decision-making, and crisis-management techniques to real-life situations. The event concluded with a comprehensive Q&A and closing discussion to consolidate key insights.
